Amber Marosok
Yoga Instructor 200 RYT
Yin and Vinyasa
Amber is a 200 RYT® and is currently pursuing her 300 hour certification. In college, yoga began as a quest for toned muscles, but it unexpectedly blossomed into a powerful tool for conquering her crippling anxiety. Yoga has since evolved to infiltrate all parts of her life. She is passionate about helping people find their inner peace through yoga as she has. From sweaty power yoga to slow-paced meditative yin, Amber loves all types of yoga but her favorite is a quick-paced twisty vinyasa. When not flowing on her mat, you’ll find her exploring the wilderness with her husband, horses, pack goats, and three dogs.

becki Neidens
Becki has been helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more at home in their bodies for over 20 years. A longtime Dubois resident, she brings a unique blend of yoga, mindfulness, and functional fitness to Duffy’s.
As a certified yoga instructor and ADHD coach, Becki’s classes focus on movement that supports nervous system regulation, balance, and strength — both physical and mental.
Her teaching style is warm, grounded, and encouraging, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years away.
Before running Duff'y’s, Becki spent years leading outdoor adventure and wellness programs, which continue to shape her approach to wellness: fresh air, movement, and a strong sense of community.

Kate Gilbert
Kate began her yoga practice on the coast of North Carolina looking for a new physical outlet after a 10-year competitive swimming career. She was immediately hooked by the balance of building strength with releasing tension that the practice provided and gradually became captivated with yoga's influence on the subtle body.
In 2011, Kate completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training with Longwave Yoga- guided by teachers with roots in the Vinyasa and Jivamukti traditions. She began teaching vinyasa, power, yin, restorative, and slow flow classes shortly after. Since then she has started a brewery yoga class in Charlotte, NC, taught at the US National Whitewater Center, and continued her personal practice as different chapters of life unfold. A lifelong learner, she has also studied meditation and mindfulness, grazed the surface of Thai Massage and Ayurveda, and earned a masters degree in Social Work. She currently works as a clinical mental health therapist, integrating her knowledge of the mind-body connection into her classes.

Beth Cable
For Beth, yoga has been a journey of self-discovery. She started exploring and studying yoga
basics in 1995 and attended her first public class in 1997. Her interest, participation and studies
continued to grow as she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center of
Yoga and Health in 2009. She has complemented this with additional trainings and workshops,
including Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda at the Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda,
hands-on assisting and adjustments at the Shambhava School of Yoga, three week-long Anusara
immersions at Akasha Yoga and Yoga Tejas and teaching inspiration with Elena Brower at
North End Yoga in Boston. She received a second 200-hour YTT in Radiant Body Yoga with
Kia Miller. Currently, she primarily practices Kundalini yoga. By combining pranayama, asana
and feeling through quiet stillness, she aims to provide individual physical, emotional and mental
growth, joy and relaxation. This combination encourages witnessing one’s true nature more
deeply and the connection to the world around us. In addition to practicing yoga, Beth also
enjoys trail running, skiing, knitting, hiking, travelling and spending time with Dave and friends.
