Yoga Basics

These classes are designed to break the postures down to fundamental movement patterns and positions and offer support through the use of props galore to meet your strong Dubois body where it is. This is not magazine yoga. It’s real life 82513 yoga.

Sunrise Vinyasa

Greet the day with this invigorating vinyasa flow. We'll awaken the body by flowing seamlessly through poses, joining breath with movement, toning muscles, and wringing out the spine with twists. Leave feeling refreshed, energized and ready to embrace the day.

Power Yoga

This powerful class is designed to tone muscles, build heat, and improve flexibility. Expect upbeat music, dynamic and pulsing movements, and playful transitions. And the best part? Every class contains a fun peak pose that will leave you feeling energized, invigorated, and empowered!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, promoting flexibility and a sense of profound relaxation. In this class, postures are held for an extended period, encouraging a release of tension and fostering a deep sense of inner stillness.

Mindful Mobility

Spend 45-minutes practicing mindful movements that task both the dominant and non-dominant sides of your self. Get your body ready for a lifetime of getting up and down from the floor happily, climbing ladders, ducking through crawlspace, weed whacking, packing out elk, splitting firewood, stringing Christmas lights… all the things. Motion is the lotion, they say. Develop strength and stability as your body practices the movements of Dubois…like bracing against the wind…with a smile.

Private or semi-private yoga instruction available by booking through becki. You may be interested in private instruction If you are new to yoga and interested in learning how to get your particular body in proper alignment in the basic poses. Private sessions can be terrific when recovering from injury, working on specific areas of concern or vulnerability, to learn a specific set of postures or sequence designed to meet your bodies needs that you can then take and practice on your own.

Group yoga instruction is available for small groups who would like to collectively move and breath together. Add a class to your wedding weekend, family get-together, cause for celebration, or a just a night out. Also a great way to add wellness into the workplace - I can come to you or your can come to the studio.
