Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that blends gentle movement, breath, and awareness to cultivate and balance your body’s vital energy—known as qi.
Often described as “meditation in motion,” Qigong invites you to slow down, tune in, and move with intention. The movements are simple, accessible, and deeply restorative—making it a powerful practice for calming the nervous system, improving circulation, and restoring a sense of grounded vitality.
Qigong is the foundation of Tai Chi. While Tai Chi is a more structured martial art with flowing sequences, Qigong focuses on repetitive, easy-to-learn movements designed to build awareness, energy, and internal strength.
